All of this goes hand in hand with colour combination and the overall design, especially with sponsor logos, names, numbers or self-made pictures. All details can be produced in printed form, sewn leather logos, embroidery or by laser burning.

We know you love it! We've just spent another year refining the design of our 2PC RR Evo III Neon suit.

Our motorcycle suits are frequently used at the BSB championship, one of the most dangerous superbike competition. Since the suits are exposed to maximum strain during frequent fall-downs, we ensure the quality protectors are placed correctly. 

4SR 2PC suits consist of 17 ergonomically placed protectors, which is the highest possible number of protectors made for line-produced suits. Race inspired features show up in the form of shoulders, pre-curved arms, 3D lining, articulated knees/sleeves, extension in the arms and more allocation of Kevlar stretch materials.

Mobility is very important for a racer and you will find an extensive use of seamless Kevlar stretch panel in the crotch, underarm and at the back of the knee, allowing a rider to easily move around the bike, for extra comfort we use a soft fabric at the cuffs.

The materials, cut, and triple-stich sewing technique are based on our experience developing racing suits. At 4SR we do not differentiate between racing and customer suits, so this suit is made of the same quality leather, sewn with the same technology and equipped with the same protectors as the suits of our factory riders in WSBK, BSB or Moto America.

MADE FOR GRINDING THE ASPHALT!

The leathersuit is made of premium 1.2 mm thick cowhide leather and comes equipped with a total of 17 protectors. On the shoulders, elbows, knees and shins you will find comfortable Italian Betac protectors. Panels of memory foam sewn into the areas around the shoulders, collarbones, elbows, forearms, hips, base of the spine, knees and shins, absorb impact during falls and give another level of protection in case the leather is sand trough. The most exposed areas during falls – shoulders, elbows, buttocks and hips – contain extra layer of leather. All this is complemented by black sliders on the shoulders, elbows and knees. The suit can be equipped with a back and chest protector, or one of the airbag vests available on the market.

The pre-curved sleeves, forward-leaning shoulders, well-shaped knees, and seamless stretch in the crotch and underarms allow for a flawless riding position on a sportbike. The narrow sleeve cuffs do not impede wrist movement and allow the use of racing gloves. For greater comfort, the jacket is extended in the back part and can be easily attached to kevlar jeans or leather pants using long or short zipper. The suit is embroidered with 4SR logo and other decorative elements made of suede leather.

Our choice is Betac viscoelastic protectors because they meet the current EN 1621-1: 2012 standard, including additional certification for elevated T + temperatures encountered in the summer months.

What does 4SR have and others don't?:

• You can attach the jacket from the two-piece suit to Motorcycle jeans
• Two-piece suits are perforated on the sides
• Aramid stretch under the armpits and crotch is seamless
• Areas prone to abrasion are connected by a patented, double 4SR seam, which is sewn 4x!
• 4SR suits have two layers of leather on the elbows, shoulders, hips and seating area
• 4SR leather was tested by the TÜVRheinland® certification center according to the EN 13595-2: 2002 standard, where it withstood 11.2s in the abrasion resistance test. We received the Level 2 safety label for our leather.

Thanks to our collaboration with the European leader in the field of safety protectors, we have prepared an ultra-light spine guard that meets the highest EN 1621-2: 2014 LEVEL 2 certification standard!

Thanks to its multi-layer composition, it retains its damping properties even in repeated impacts.

The Ultra Light Level 2 racing back protector was tested and developed with Jakub Smrz during the British Superbike Championship season, with its very light weight, comfortable shape and long length, the protector is designed for the extreme racing environment but can also be used comfortably in day to day riding.

We know that in many situations wearing a full-fledged back protector can be impractical, so we decided to offer an appropriate solution. Thanks to the cooperation with European top designers of safety protectors, you can now buy insert back protectors for all 4SR jackets and suits from model year 2009. It´s made of elastic but strong Polyurethane. This material has a memory effect, which allows shaping to any form, it´s comfy and very effective. This protector can be easily inserted in the pocket in a jacket or a suit and your back is safe. 4SR back protector meets the highest protection requirements according to EN1621-2 Level 2 norm.

It is necessary to buy a protector, which size corresponds with the size of your jacket.
Beware of different types of older jackets and suits. You are advised to carefully check the shape of your pocket

4SR the flexible and light chest protector was developed in cooperation with the Sas-Tec company.

Due to unique technology of viscoelastic material with memory effect it can absorb crash and contribute to safety increase significantly.  Rider appreciates the protector elasticity when using it, because it is not almost apparent and adapts to all moves.  Due to Velcro fastening it can be attached to all racing one-piece suits & RR Evo Edition two-piece suits.
